Nadine’s Dream
The building at 1802 S. Broadway formerly known as “Billie’s Fine Foods Diner” was established in the early 1960’s and now it takes on a new identity as “Nadine’s Hash House” with Nadine at the helm.

Working in the restaurant industry for well over 30 years Nadine has transformed a 40 year old Diner into a modern classic, making her dreams come true. “I have always wanted to own a Diner.”

Fourteen chrome counter stools await customers longing for nostalgia and great food, along with plenty of tables to accommodate everyone. Nadine’s goal is to serve a made from scratch breakfast and lunch menu, using only the freshest ingredients.

As our menu says: “You Can’t Get Food Like This In Paris.” Our approach to customer service is “When you walk in, you might not know anybody, but by the time you leave, you’ll have made a few friends.

Located just one block from Historic Soulard Market.
